The Cure For Anxiety
Psalm 139:23-24
What Would You Do? (series)
Psalm 139:23-24
Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
Are you willing to be real with God? What are you afraid of?

Isaiah 43:2
When you go through deep waters, I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.
Even in difficult times, God is with you. Why is this so important?

Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”
God has made thousands of promises to us. He loves giving good gifts to His children. If we go through life oblivious to God’s promises, we will be filled with anxiety. We can have confidence in the Lord. Mary received Elizabeth’s counsel and trusted the Lord. Peace of mind is directly connected to trusting God, even in difficult times.
In what areas of your life do you need to feel confidence instead of anxiety? How will that happen?
